How do I delete an email account?

** NOTE **
Please be aware that you must already be established as the Email Administrator for your domain before proceeding. Please call 1-877-673-1868 to be set up as your company's Email Administrator.

1) Once you have logged into your control panel, click on the "edit" link that is associated with the user you want to delete.

2) On this screen under the 'Remove User' field, set the 'Confirm' drop down to "Yes". To proceed to the removal of the user, click on the "Update" button.

3) Once the account is removed, you will receive a confirmation on the main control panel screen.
